ProDoc was invented because we were frustrated with the inefficiency of generating legal documents in law firms. In fact, we were pretty fanatical about efficiency in all areas of business.

So, when we heard in 2002 of the imminent debut of the state eFiling system, it made sense to provide this service as well. Initially, we designed it primarily for our existing ProDoc document assembly system customers.

However, as word spread about our service and pricing, non-ProDoc customers began to request the use of our service. Now, everyone is welcome to use our system, regardless of whether or not you use our document assembly systems.

Today, we are the most preferred eFiling service provider, based upon the number of filings and registrants in the state eFiling system. In fact, according to the state eFiling system statistics, more than 50% of all eFilings in the state eFiling system come through ProDoc eFiling.
