WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES
THOMSON REUTERS COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
We
collect information about our users in these ways: directly from the user, from

User-Supplied Information

Web server logs
When
you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that
information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our
sites. Our servers automatically capture and save the information

The
information we collect in web server logs helps us administer the site, analyze

Accessing
ProDoc Servers
West
is an Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP). West acts as such by creating,
hosting, maintaining and providing ProDoc eFiling and
eService capabilities and other associated services ("Services") via
secure, Internet-based communications and servers owned by West and through
communication with third parties as described below.
In
order to use the Services to transmit documents electronically to governmental
entities or other intended third-party recipients ("Recipients"),
servers owned by West,("ProDoc Servers")
must be accessed and data must necessarily be transmitted to the Recipients. In
the process of accessing the ProDoc Servers and transmitting the data, West
will collect information regarding the name of the law firm and the individual
user associated with the filing, including name, contact information and the
state bar number, if any, with which the Services are associated. In addition,
with the exception of documents that are designated by Users as sealed
documents at the time of filing, documents that are transmitted to the
Recipients are stored on the ProDoc Servers and can be accessed by West
employees for purposes related to the providing and maintaining the Services.
Additionally,
the data must necessarily be transmitted through the third-party servers of the
state Electronic Filing Manager ("EFM") and to the Recipient to whom
the data is transmitted. These third parties may store personally identifiable
information including storage of the documents that are transmitted through the
Services. West does not have any control over these third parties, including
the EFM or any Recipient of any electronically transmitted data, and the
privacy practices and other terms of the third parties will control the use of
the information by the third parties.

HOW DOES THOMSON REUTERS PROTECT
THE PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IT COLLECTS?
We
