We strongly encourage most users to establish a Firm account and to register all firm members with the state eFiling system through that firm account. This agreement defines the rights and responsibilities for the firm account. You must accept the provisions of this agreement before completing the process of creating a firm account.

Each filer registering with the state eFiling system must agree to the provisions of the End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA contains provisions required by the state eFiling system along with a few of our own requirements. You are required to accept the EULA before you can complete your registration with the state eFiling system.

"ProDoc’s new eFiling software is terrific. I was a little concerned about it at first so I checked with the court clerk first and was assured that they were ready.

It was easy and I received my date and time stamped receipt quickly so I’m very pleased with the program. And, it saved me a trip to the courthouse. Thanks, ProDoc."
