• | Exhibits are merged into a single document and submitted as attachments. |
• | You are encouraged to include addresses including email addresses for all parties attached to the case. |
Service of process/notices
• | Initial filing: Select the appropriate quantity of citation(s), preferred service method(s) and copies (per page) under Additional Services. |
• | Subsequent filing in existing case: Prepare your request letter and load as a lead document with Filing Code of Requests. Then select the appropriate quantity of citation(s), preferred service method(s) and copies (per page) under Additional Services. |
