Document Filing Process-Initial Filing
• | Civil Case Information Sheet may be submitted as a separate lead document. |
• | Exhibits submitted behind the petition in the same document. |
• | Addresses of Defendant and Plaintiff are required. |
• | In preparing an Original Petition all parties should be listed. |
• | Probate Application-You have approximately 3-5 Business days to send the “Original Will and/or Codicils” via mail once your new case has been electronically submitted. Your new case will not be placed on the uncontested docket until you have filed your “Original Will and/or Codicils” in a timely manner. |
Document Filing Process- Subsequent filings
• | Motions and Orders are filed as separate lead documents. |
• | Exhibits should be filed as the end pages of an appropriate lead document (motion, petition). If separate, as a lead document. i.e. No attachments are allowed. |
Service of process/notices
• | Initial filing: Select the appropriate quantity of citation(s) and preferred service method(s) under Additional Services. |
