Document Filing Process- Subsequent filings
| • | Proposed Orders are not date stamped and should be filed as an attachment to a cover letter or applicable Motion that is filed as a lead document. |
| • | Motions are filed as lead documents. |
Service of process/notices
| • | Prepare and file the appropriate Process Request Form (see link below) using the Filing Type “Request” as a separate filing. |
| • | Select the appropriate quantity of citation(s) and preferred service method(s) under Optional Services. |
